The tiny bakery story
In 2021, Nell baked twelve cookies for the neighbours from a kitchen barely big enough to turn around in.
Those first boxes became a Friday ritual. We’re still a tiny team, still know our flour miller by name, and still believe a warm cookie can rescue a difficult day.
