What happens at my first appointment?
We begin with a complimentary 15-minute consultation to understand your skin, health history and goals. Your therapist then adapts every stage of the chosen treatment to you.
Which treatment should I choose?
If you are unsure, choose the Solis Sculpt Facial or mention your concerns in the booking notes. We can recommend or adjust your treatment after your consultation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to move your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a 50% treatment fee.
Are treatments suitable during pregnancy?
Some treatments can be safely adapted after the first trimester. Please mention pregnancy, medication, allergies or recent procedures when booking so we can advise you properly.
